In-Studio Duets, Trios
Private duet and trio Pilates sessions offer personalized movement designed to support alignment, resilience, restoration and deeper strength. Each reformer-based session is tailored to honor every individual’s unique strengths, challenges, and rhythm—creating a supportive space for shared movement and collective growth.

Virtual Solo Sessions
Virtual Pilates sessions bring conscious, personalized movement directly to you, wherever you are. Using whatever equipment, props, or household items you have on hand, each session is thoughtfully crafted for your individual needs…and guided by a keen eye for detail that sees far beyond the screen.

Virtual Classes
Move together from wherever you are. Virtual Pilates classes combine the connection of a shared practice with coordinated, accessible movement that can be tailored to a variety of bodies, abilities, and on-hand equipment. With clear guidance and a keen eye for detail, participants receive thoughtful support while enjoying the energy of a collective experience.

The fine print:
A Duet Session is a session where one instructor works with two clients; and a Trio Session is where one instructor works with three clients. In both situations, clients may have the same program or it may be constructed so that the clients are directed and supervised by the instructor to follow individualized programs based on each participant's unique needs.
Payment for each session is due prior to/at the time of the session.
Unless due to exceptional circumstances, 12 hours notice of cancellation is required in order to avoid being charged the full cost of the session.
Package Policies: Packages must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Packages expire ONE MONTH from the date of the first session (holidays/pre-arranged travel excepted).
Missed sessions can be made up in a scheduled make up session during the ONE MONTH period. There are two scheduled make up hours per week at the studio.
In the event that a check is returned by the bank, client will be responsible to pay a $25 fee.
