What began as a creative spark…
between two life-long passions, Pilates and astrology, slowly evolved into something much deeper.
Long before Cosmic Pilates officially existed, Celeste found herself fascinated by the idea that movement and the cosmos might already be speaking the same language. As a lifelong student of the body, she began exploring the ways our physical patterns, emotional experiences, and inner landscapes are connected—not as separate systems, but as parts of one larger story.
That curiosity deepened in 2018 when an astrology app focused on emotional cycles, personal timing, and astrological “weather” sparked a new question: what if movement could support us through our own inner seasons, too?
In late 2019, that vision began to take shape as Celeste created signature Pilates sequences inspired by the zodiac signs, exploring the unique qualities, archetypes, and energies each sign represents. What began as a playful fusion of movement and astrology gradually revealed itself as something more expansive: a practice rooted in self-awareness, embodiment, and connection.
Over time, Celeste realized Cosmic Pilates was never meant to be astrology layered onto fitness as a novelty. The deeper intention was to use astrology as a symbolic language—a way to explore the patterns, strengths, challenges, and possibilities already living within us.
Rather than asking, “What should I be?” Cosmic Pilates invites a different question:
How can I more fully inhabit who I already am?
Through movement, reflection, and the exploration of archetypes, Cosmic Pilates encourages a deeper relationship with the body as an intuitive, cyclical, and deeply personal source of wisdom.
Now, Cosmic Pilates returns with a different intention: less performance and prediction, more presence and embodiment. Less about becoming someone new, and more about reconnecting with the inner landscape that has been there all along.
A practice of movement, mythology, and self-discovery, Cosmic Pilates invites us to move with awareness, listen inward, and remember the wisdom already living within our own bodies.

Alongside decades of experience in Pilates, rehabilitative movement, and therapeutic bodywork, Celeste has long explored astrology, symbolism, and archetypal healing as tools for deeper self-understanding. Raised equally on underground music culture and embodied movement practices, she approaches healing as both an art form and an act of liberation.
